Hi, ive been doing some searching on google for tutorials on how to make gnome panel applets, ive only found one extremely outdated link, the code for which doesnt work anymore

Does anyone know of a link to a good tuto or can anyone tell me how to make a simple applet
something that is just visible, il add the python code. Say a clickable app that opens a box and says "Hi Bod"
