I regularly enable the updates without taking much note of what they are. Last night I saw there were four, among them a kernel update (I am not sure whether there was one for Network Manager.) When I log in today, I no longer find the WPA2 option in the network manager, and I can no longer connect.

What should I do?
I have been using Restricted Broadcom driver (currently B43), and for a few months, after I turned of hidden broadcast and switched to WPA2, WIFI has been working beautifully.

Just a useless "me too" post...
I'm a bit clueless now to be honest, but I'm running hardy heron and used the update manager last night, and after the update the wifi connectivity died, and now I don't know how I'd go about fixing it. :(

Thirded. Ubuntu HH sees the nearest wi-fi connections including our own, but it refuses to connect to the strongest signal no matter how many times i may try to connect to it.

This happened after I updated it last night with those four updates. What went wrong?
