Applications menu disapeared

Hello, first thanks to all, this forum is great and i solved a lot of problems with simple finds before, but now i didn't found my problem.

In the upper menu bar, i lost my applications menu.. the drop down menu that its used to open all kind of applications, just gone, and i can't find it in the add applets, can anyone help me out? thanks.

Right click on the top bar, click "Add to Panel", choose "Menu Bar"

thanks a lot, with the find it appeared, but if i only scroll down the list it was not there.. thks dud..
