How to Ubuntu on Sony Vaio PCG-C1F

Hi all,
Does anybody tell me how to install ubuntu on my notebook Sony Vaio PCG-C1F, which features a 233MHz Pentium processor with MMX, 64MB RAM, and a 3.9GB disk.

Stick to small distros like DSL or Puppy.
Maybe Zenwalk.
