On Windows, we're using this software at a certain class in college and just today I find out there's a release for Linux, but for the world I can't get it to run. I'm kinda stuck at the QT step (you'll know what I mean if you try to compile it). Anyone managed to get to work? Anyone brave enough to try it :)?

I saw your post here and since I've been waiting to try the linux version of Dev-C++ I gave it a shot. Seems the QT libraries installed from the repositories differ in naming convention from the ones looked for by devcpp when trying to run it. Only thing I can think of anyway. Maybe if you try installing the suggested QT package from Troll site it will work.
