Nero AAC Codec

How do I install the following codec? Where do I place the two files? I am trying to do this on a redhat enterprise server.

From that link you provided, the paragraph says this:

How to use the software?

In order to use the software, download the archive and save it to a folder on your hard drive.
The software contains a command line Nero AAC Codec without a graphical user interface. The applications must be retrieved either from the command prompt, batch file, or from the "Run" command in Microsoft® Windows™ start menu.

So you need Windows to run this. Are you trying to do this with Wine, or a Windows partition, or on a virtual machine?
