[SOLVED] How do I update Ubuntu offline

I recently built a Ubuntu box for my roommates mother. The problem is that they do not have internet. I was wondering if there is a way to get a list of what is installed, take it to my computer, download any updated packages, copy them to a flash drive, and then update her system?
