Does Ubuntu Support ReiserFs or should i use Ext3?

I don't think Ubuntu supports Reiser out of the box. Ext3 seems more widely supported anyway - I've only ever seen SuSE use the Reiser filesystem.

Ext3 is by far the most popular file system for Ubuntu, but Ubuntu runs fine on reiserfs. Use whichever you prefer. There are other file systems you can choose from too, but Ext3 and Reiserfs are the ones I've tried. :)
