Flash player istalation problem

I get this error when I try to install flash player:Firefox could not install this item because "install-4go..rdf" (provided by the item) is not well-formed or does not exist. Please contact the author about this problem.
This is on Fire Fox 3 beta 4

Rename your ~/.mozilla file to ~/.mozilla_backup then fire up mozilla and try the install.
