"Running local boot scripts" error (hangs)

Hi,

When I finnished installing the Kubuntu 8.04, the computer asks for a retart, but when restarting, it hangs saying:
""Running local boot scripts (/etc/rc.local)"

How can it be fixed?

sudo fdisk -lu
