[SOLVED] HELP I am new to Linux and Ubuntu

Need help I am new to Ubuntu and Linux..
I have Ubuntu now and been running about two weeks but I have Seem to have lost ummmm well I will explain When I minimize any window it doesn't go do to the Panel anymore and I have tried to find it to put it back on... Does anyone know about this kind of Issue?

Right-click on the panel and hit Add to panel. Select Window List from the menu and hit add. That should be about it.
