Can anyone point me to an older version of Ubuntu, like Feisty?

I'd like to try and see if this will work out on this older laptop. I have these older versions in Kubuntu, since I have been using it for a few years.

I just would really like to be able to dl & install Ubuntu on this laptop.

hope someone can point me to the iso.
thanks,
Chela

Use the Alternate CD:
http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/releases/feisty/release/
Or do a Minimal Install:

Give me your specifications. Memory? Graphics?

It is an old turd. Micron Transport Trek2 400mhz, 256ram video also stone age.

I had unresolved wifi and pcmcia lan nic card issues that are all of a software nature. I figured trying an older version of this os would get this popcicle licked. It is either that or loading XP on it, listing it on ebay and buying a newer one. I just want a laptop with Ubuntu on it, having a working connection to just mess around on and play nes roms.

:D

i don't know if an older version will necessarily be faster for an older computer. you might want to try the newest version of a distro specifically build for lower spec computers (Damn Small Linux for example).
