Hey guys, I installed Ubuntu on my Lenovo Y510 laptop, using the second option on the auto run menu. It's installed as an application without having it on a dedicated partition. I would just like to uninstall it at this point because I'd rather not have two operating systems on this laptop.

I was hoping that since it said it was installed as a normal application, that I could uninstall using the add/remove program in Control Panel, or even Ccleaner. Neither have worked.

Could anyone please help me?

Thank you!

I'm reading this:

I'm just still wondering if this is the right direction for me.

Ubuntu on Wubi?

Try reading Wubi's uninstall guide (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WubiGuide#head-7cd5a1eda23f1e9960c28ef3a2f4e8645c5ea87d).

Ubuntu on Wubi?

Try reading Wubi's uninstall guide (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WubiGuide#head-7cd5a1eda23f1e9960c28ef3a2f4e8645c5ea87d).

I don't believe it's working for me. I ran the .exe and I no longer see it in the add/remove programs list. However when I boot up my computer, it goes to the Windows Boot Agent and asks me whether I want to run Vista or Ubuntu still.

Also. I have Wubi installed onto my D: drive.

Did you use EasyBCD to edit the boot menu ?
