Ctrl+Shift+T in eclipse

in eclipse
,the shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+T" opens up the "Open Type" search screen

on my newly upgraded ubuntu box this shortcut doesn't work anymore
, is it being caught by the os ?

how can i attribute this shortcut to eclipse ?
