No exactly computer/linux/ubuntu related...
Does anybody know where I can download an audio yoga class for free?
I just need the voice of an instructor giving me directions, I can look for the position in my own books. Everywhere I looked so far I had to pay, but the open source community is usually in the know where to find good creative commons or free stuff that you don't know how to find anywhere else.
So does anybody have any tips?

I dont really know, but yoga sounds like somthing you should get proper lessons for.

It's not really necessary. Nice for the people that can afford it, but millions of people have managed to learn it on their own. It just takes practice, focus, and having a relaxed environment to do it in.
