computer: alienware m9700

card:geforce 7900 gs

the problem i have is when i try to tick enable restricted driver i get this,

The software source for the package

nvidia-glx-new

is not enabled.:confused::confused:

the card shows up but doesn't enable or download:confused::frown:

any help is aprecated :):)

Go to System -> Administration -> Software Sources and check if you have all of the official repositories enabled (in your case you need the Restricted repository to be enabled).
