hi,

i'd like to know if there's any option to set the page in openOffice from portrait to landscape. If there is, i'm viewing the page in OpenOffice document as a printer view....would the page look flipped on screen?

Hi Koba101,

To change the page orientation in writer, right click on the page then select the "Page" option from the context menu. Now select the "Page" tab, and yes the page will be flipped in page preveiw mode. I hope this what you wanted to know.:)

that's great...it does work...

is there anything similar in the spreadsheet...like highlighting a dotted boundary on the borders of the page?

@koba101
To change the page orientation in Calc (OO spreadsheet) select or click on the "Format" menu at the top then select "Page" from the submenu. You will now be looking at the same dialog box you saw in "Writer". Choose your page orientation and continue as normal.

Please elaborate...
