I'm trying to shrink my Ubuntu partition down to install Windows alongside.
I'm using Gparted in Ubuntu's live distro mode to do this -- booting from the install CD.
Each time I try Gparted gives the error: "The file system is already xxxx blocks long. Nothing to do!"
xxxx is however many blocks.
I've tried doing this with the 8.04 and 8.04.1 discs, but still no dice.
Anybody know what's wrong?
