I am using ubuntu hardy. And my graphics card is GeforceMX 400 64MB

Even though the graphics card has 64MB memory(dedicated).Hardy shows the graphics card has only 32MB.Can something be done to correct this?

I installed graphics card driver using the envy utility.. And compiz also runs but its very slow..right know I have turned off compiz..

i checked it using "gksu nvidia-settings"

Thank you in advance..

Open Administration and then Hardware Drivers.

Make sure that the NVIDIA accelerated graphic drivers are checked and running
