Hi,
I have been using fiesty server edition on my box, and was wanting to upgrade to hardy. I installed onto a fresh hard drive, using the whole space, but left the current fiesty version intact, so if something went wrong I could boot back to fiesty (fiesty is on another hard drive).
However, when I went to start up the first time, it failed to boot. It got stuck on the

bit, and when left for 10 minutes hadn't changed. I ctrl-alt-deleted and then went into the recovery session as well, to no avail - same problem.
I suspect it may have something to do with the networking, as I've had problems with this using fiesty - though not to this extent.
How do I debug this problem? For now I've booted back to fiesty so I have direct access to the files.
