I would like to get some opinions on the best or most popular groupware flavors available. I've been using Citadel for a few months, but I'm just not happy with it (buggy). I would like to have a groupware program that has an active community and developers. I want something that is updated on a regular basis. So what are you using and why?

So doing some research phpgroupware and egroupware both look very user friendly. Anybody have an opinion about the two?

I am currently implementing eGroupware at my work (openSuSE 10.3, eGW 1.4.002), seems pretty nice, but has an overwhelming amount of options and settings. I think it will make a nice solution in the long run though.

Things I am less happy with is that the included email package only support IMAP and is a bit limited to tell the truth. Otherwise nicely integrated and pretty complete.
