restore original keyboard setting

Hi,
I just messed around the keyboard settings so that I can not use alt+tab toggle between windows anymore. Now I feel like paralyzed on the desktop. I could not find any global restore option to turn back to good old-fashioned toggle method.
Any help plz to fix up the fuzz?

You can change it in the Keyboard shortcuts, under "Move between windows with popup".

I just solved this "problem" too and was hoping that a "Reset" button could be implemented into the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box.
