I have an old Gateway computer that I want to put Ubuntu on. I am planning on either buying a new hard drive to install Ubuntu on, or completely erasing the hard drive that is already in the machine and installing Ubuntu. I looked at the documentation for installing Ubuntu on a Windows machine, but it looked like it was for doing dual boots. Is there somewhere that I can go to find information on how to install Ubuntu from a clean slate? Thanks
