Hi and welcome to the Delhi team Sandeep
You would like to know that all new users are welcome to the Delhi Team
When do you wish to be enrolled legally?

July 2nd, 2008, 08:24 PM
Thank you very much!!
What do I have to do to get enrolled?

July 2nd, 2008, 08:26 PM
To start with, do you have a launchpad account?

July 2nd, 2008, 08:28 PM
What is Launchpad?

July 2nd, 2008, 08:31 PM
Well, Launchpad is a website where you can get softwares, report bugs, develop and upload your own programs, answer/ask questions about GNU/Linux.

Register for launchpad by clicking the top right Log In/Register link. You will have to provide your email address and a confirmation email would be sent to you. You have to check your email and reply to the confirmation email to finalize the launchpad registration.
Please do this much and reply here. :)

July 2nd, 2008, 08:33 PM
OK OK.. I'll register myself now and reply.

July 2nd, 2008, 08:34 PM
Ya cool. And yes, you don't have to thank me in every post.. LOL

July 2nd, 2008, 08:35 PM
OK. Why? Is thanking wrong? Should I remove them? One of my friends told me that we need to thanks users for posts on ubuntu forms.

July 2nd, 2008, 08:37 PM
Lol.. well, err.. thanking isn't bad, but if you wan't to thank a user, you can just thank him once for the post you find the most useful :) Btw, you may remove the thanks you gave me if you wish to. LOL

July 2nd, 2008, 08:39 PM
OK. and no , I will not remove the thanks. All your posts are useful for me .. he he

July 2nd, 2008, 08:45 PM

July 2nd, 2008, 09:39 PM
No worries.. I did it for you.. LOL. Do you hang around on IRC? If not, then open pidgin and create a new account for IRC protocol. Add your Nick (whatever you like) and then follow the HOWTO: Register an IRC nick in the Delhi Team sticky.

Welcome to the Delhi Team!! :D

Ok. Can I be the moderator too?

July 2nd, 2008, 09:49 PM
