Hi,

Currently, I've set up an Ubuntu Hardy (Atheros) WPA wireless network by using Ndiswrapper & the XP drivers. This works perfectly, thank's to Wieman's tutorial.

My question.... I am setting up LinuxMint 4.0 (Daryna) & wonder if the same setup I used above in Ubuntu will work the same in LinuxMint???

Thanks for any insight!

Linux Mint 4 is based on 7.10, Linux Mint 5 is based on 8.04. I would assume that Linux Mint 5 would follow the same instructions for wireless as Ubuntu 8.04.

Thanks!

The wireless connection worked perfectly...Edgy to Hardy. So, I will assume that because Mint is basically Ubuntu "under the hood", that the wireless procedure I used with Ubuntu, will work the same in Mint.
