Placement Partner for Linux

Hey,

Well a friend of mine wants something like http://www.placementpartner.co.za/ but she doesn't want to pay for it. (common problem )

So I was thinking this might be the perfect time to convert her to Linux.<snip>

She basically just seems to want something simple to handle recruitment. So I was thinking there must be a Open Source version of something like that...

Any information would be awesome!

After seeing the websites, i still have no idea what you want to do exactly. What is it supposed to be doing? Emails? Accounts?
