hi
i run 8.04 desktop and am trying to print to a printer running on an ubuntu server
the printer works fine as it is used already by a number of XP clients
i install the printer from system>admin>printing, go through the wizard, the printer is seen as an smb//: location, the supposedly correct foomatic driver is installed, all seems good ...
but it just doesn't work !!
trying to print a test page and i get stuck on 'processing'
:confused:
how do i start to troubleshoot this please anyone ??
