Web min tools

I need some web based tools to manage Ubuntu Server ver8 which runs DNS,web orixy,mail and Firewalls.

Whether Web Min works with Ubuntu?

can we install .rpm file in Ubuntu?

Try this (http://onlyubuntu.blogspot.com/2007/05/how-to-install-webmin-in-ubuntu.html) to install webmin.
In answer to you other question you cannot use rpms, but you can install a package called alien which will allow you to convert rpm's to deb's. It is in the ubuntu repo's
