Gnome-do 5.0 In Ubuntu 7.10

Hi,
I'd love to install 5.0 but don't know how. I've managed to install 4.2 using the instructions here:

there are some further instructions here but I don't know exactly what they mean:

Is it even possible to install Gnome-do 5.0 in Ubuntu 7.10?

I am also interested, I installed it on Hardy and can't live without it. Now I'm trying to install it on Feisty amd64. I was following the WIKI here:
