[SOLVED] Windows bar at bottom of Desktop

Hello.
I just installed UbuntuStudio 8.04 and the panel on that usually sits along the bottom of the screen and lists the currently open windows is not there.

I rather like just using the mouse to switch between windows and would like to stop having to use alt+tab.

How do I get this this panel back?

I'm not sure how you would get the bottom panel back but if you right click on the top panel you can add a new panel and drag it anywhere you want and add what you want.
