Titile bar probs!!

I tried to change the theme of Gnomwe. After that my windows are missing the title bars. I tried reverting back to the original default ubuntu themes and settings but still the title bar is missing.

How can I fix this?

If you are using compiz
I installed the fusion-icon
Then from applications>systems-tools>fusion-icon
from there select window decorator, Gtk or Emerald
i have emerald installed so i use emerald-windows-decorator
