Dungeon Runners crashes

I can't get dungeon runners running correctly, I followed the howto on Appdb but it freezes up on a black screen after giving the error "Dungeon Runners Fatal Error! Your video card does not meet the minimum specification requirements to run the game."

I'm on a Dell Inspiron E1405, which is capable of playing the game while running windows.

I've noticed that on Appdb the only Gold results are for wine version 0.9.58. So I'm thinking of downgrading to see if it helps, but I'm not sure how to. How to I downgrade to an old version of Wine? Also is it possible to have two separate wine installs that won't conflict?

Well, i've tried with 0.9.6 and it still complains about my graphics card (intel 945gm chipset, which does run the game in windows) So is there a more specialized graphics driver out there other than the default that was installed with Ubuntu?
