I was wondering if it was possible to install Ubuntu 8.04 on a RAID 0 system. If it is can someone give me the steps please. I have never really had any luck in the past installing it. I always got a GRUB error or it just plain out didn't load. I am very new to Ubuntu, I am using the 8.04 live CD as I type this message. If someone could give me step by step instructions on how to install it that would be great. I have 2 250 GB SATA HDD's.

Honestly, the best advice I can give you is don't bother. RAID 0 is useless, you're not going to gain any significant performance, and you're doubling your chances of losing your data. ditch RAID 0, just install on a single disk.
