I am not able to get a connection to my ftp site.
Fireftp says that it is a Ubuntu problem, probably something to do with the network connection.
I thought he was putting me off.
So I tried Gftp with exactly the same result.
This is when running 8.04.
I have Dapper on the same machine in another partition. When I boot Dapper, Fireftp runs flawlessly. I have not tried Gftp with Dapper.
I am missing something, probably some dependancy, but I have no idea how to determine that.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
