[SOLVED] Vmware can't find Hardisk

I installed VMWare ok. I allocated 40GIG for the workspace in the recommended SCSI 2Gig parcels.When I get to the point where I have to tell WinXP which partition to use it says it cant find a hardisk.

What am I missing here?

Anyone with any ideas? I looked through the how-tos but can't find anything on this subject.:(
