Hi,

just got HP tx1000z tablet pc.

It comes with vista and would like to install XP and ubuntu as well.

Which would be the best way to accomplish this?

I also understand there are specific threads for this laptop regarding the installation of ubuntu in it, but can't find them. Please refer me to the proper links.

alInstall XP then Ubuntu. I have googled for your machine and got this site (http://www.kellyandsopho.com/tiki/tiki-index.php?page=LinuxOnHpPaviliontx1000z).

It is suggesting the following to boot Ubuntu:

To boot Ubuntu 7.04 press f6 at the startup menu and enter noapic on the kernel command line
