Where can i find a copy of 'root.disk'?

I am running 8.04 hardy heron I am missing the ubuntu/disk folder. I really in need of the root.disk file. Anybody can give it to me or link me ti where i can preferably find the whole disk folder, or at least the root.disk file for 8.04.

The file folder is missing all together..... I need a copy of it to put in that location... :-) Hence the thread

Still in search of the file....

i was following this page however the grub boot disk really doesn't work with wubi.... unless some one knows a way.
