I have already repartitioned my Vista 500GB drive with a blank partition of 150GB I wish to install Ubuntu onto. However, during the install process, the Ubuntu installer wants to repartition the drive again. Is there a work-around for this?
TIA

You can use the empty space to install the root (/) partition and a swap (no mount point) partition which should be 1.5-2x your RAM capacity. You need at least these two partitions.
