Yes I agree it looks good, but there really is no good reason to have more than one: the official one is very full of people and appears on the Fridge (http://fridge.ubuntu.com).

The map is fed onto the left hand side of the page, but not every time! Click refresh until you see it.

Well you can see the map on the wiki, you dont' HAVE to look at it on the fridge. It's here (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuWorldWide). Or are you saying that you don't like the map?

The map on the wiki looks nicer, pretty colours and the daylight thing. I added myself (but there's no marker yet, does it take time to appear?).
But the Frappr one is much easier to add to.

My comment was referring to the fact that it doesn't always show on the fridge page. Why not?

Yeah it takes a while to update. I believe it is updated every 30 minutes or so, but I'm not sure. BTW for the bigger picture, click on the image and see the map full size!

Because there are a few fridge feeds which alternate. Another thing it does is to show Ubuntu related pictures from flickr, it's quite neat! I presume in time more will be added.
