I was impressed with the support for ET:QW for Linux: even the demo got fixes and updates! I don't play it that much since I get low FPS (~30FPS), but I will buy and play this game as soon as I get a new graphics card.

The fact a major software house supports a game is a big deal and Tux'ers like to shout about it ;)

I'd like to see the RAW connection data to the ID servers for the game.

since UT3 hasn't or may not be released for linux, then ET:QW is the best (commercially) FPS we have right now.

it's great to know many are into this great game. I have to update my hardware, so am still playing older releases like Quake4 and UT2004

I was GUTTED about the Linux client for UT3 which I heard was just about to go "GOLD" sitting on the shelf due to legal issues.

I don't see any reason why Linux users would visit that site in disproportianate amounts.

It might be because one of the few big games that provide a native Linux client. Hopefully those numbers are rewarding to the developers.
