I want my linux back--please help

I was getting bolder, so I comment out some lines from boot/grub/menu.lst.
I have comment out the menu of the old grub, then keep only one line that has 19.
after that I can't coming to linux.
how can I uncomment these lines back if I can't coming to linux.
I used dual booting with vista.

Use the Live CD.

If you use a live-cd you should be able to change the grub configuration.

well, you can

(a) use Supergrub live cd to restore grub and grub config

(b) boot into a desktop/live cd and revert the changes manually

(c) boot into vista, install ext2/3 driver http://www.fs-driver.org, load the ext3 partition and revert the changes manually.
