Kicker won't load automatically

For the past couple of days, whenever I've logged into KDE, I've had to manually execute kicker by logging into a Terminal session. Switching back to Kubuntu (from Ubuntu) didn't help much.

Anyone know how I can take care of this?

I'm using Kubuntu Gutsy, by the way.
