pan tutorial?

Hi,

I'm trying to accesses newsgroups to download music and video. I have pan installed however there are no specific directions on its use. The pan website states that they are writing documentation.

How do I get to a newsgroup? How do download and unpack files?

Better yet is there tutorial?
