Hello All or atleast anyone who will/can help,
This is my first post here and am a Big Linux NOOB! I have tried booting the live CD at boot by selecting the CD drive to boot first. I spins but just dismisses it like there is nothing in the drive. I have also tried accessing the cd from within XP, when I go to the CD drive in explorer there is nothing there. I have put a different CD in and it recognizes the data. I have also already check the disk on my other XP machine and all files are there and have already used this same disc to install a on different machine.
I have a:
HP Pavilion ze2000
AMD Sempron 2800+ 800MHz
TSSTcorp CDW/DVD TS-L462A
256 RAM
40GB HD
If there is any other info you need please let me know.
