Suddenly all my non printing characters have been replaced by Greek symbols when do ctrl-F10 or click on the icon. So space is the sigma (I think) used for "sum off in maths", affected all files including new ones.
That's strange the problem has resolved itself! I decided just to have a look to check what symbol was showing what for this post and everything is back to normal. I did an upgrade this morning of hardy. Before reboot due to a headers upgrade I checked since there was huge amount of oO stuff in the upgrade but the problem was still there, post reboot it is gone. I'd like to think this has solved it..... Anyone seen this?
