Hi
I do not know what is problem but my ubuntu sound system is corrupted again.
The same event happened with ubuntu 7.10 and cause that I could not hear the voices correctly for about 3 months.

Problem is that all videos and mp3 files which I could hear the voices correctly are played in the same manner.
for example in a video file, It scramble the people's voices and let the music to movie theme to be played almost correctly. It is the same for mp3 files.

I hope I could fix it by removing the sound system and its configuration and installing it again.

Thanks.

You can try that, remove alsamixer through synaptic package manager and reinstall through package manager.
