Recently I've installed an application called "Alltray" which allows you to dock any native application to the system dock. I added a new start up command in System -> Preferences > Sessions.
Name: Thunderbird
Command: alltray thunderbird
Description: none
I also selected "Automatically remember running applications when logging out".
Now, I don't want it to remember running applications, so I unchecked it, however now when I reboot, it opens the same applications every time although the box is unchecked.
Is there any way to revert the settings back to the defaults?
