Hi Everyone, I'm running Hardy and have a bit of a dilemma. My batter has limited life and I need the screen to shut off in only a minute. Looking in power manager, I see the absolute minimum amount of time I can select from is 11. Any way to change this?

Thanks for ANY help!

This is because you have your screensaver starting after 11 minutes(or may be 10 I'm not sure), GNOME sets the minimum time for screen sleep to that number(so you can't make the screen turn off before the screensaver starts), you can solve your problem by setting the screensaver to 1 minutes(or may be disabling it) and then you'll be able to have the monitor turn off after 1 or 2 minutes.

Is there a way to disable the screensaver so display will turn off @ 1 minute? PS They should fix this "bug", or place the screensaver time and turn off display time on same window.
