I wouldn´t say so.. Almost all of my friends in Lithuania use firefox.. Personally, I´m a web designer, so I´m also a FF fan :). And I recommend it to all my friends who don´t use it. It´s like:

well, actually, Lithuanian population is over 3,4Mln so it´s only about 1/10. According to these statistics here (http://www.internetworldstats.com/eu/lt.htm),there are ~ 1,2Mln internet users here, so ~ 27% of them use FF, thats rather normal according to global FF usage statistics (here (http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp)) which state, that FF is the major browser now (used by 39%).

Both Romania and Russia at around 136,000. Romania has 22 million inhabitans while Russia has 142 million. That is, for one user in Russia there were 7 users in Romania to download it, interesting. Well, considering the number of PCs per capita is the same.

And Lithuania with way more than Romania, Belarus, Slovakia, Ukraine...

The downloads list works by IP. Anyone using the internet in North Korea is most likely using a South Korean proxy...

I think the government in Korea requires that all government websites use ActiveX for verification/authentication of some kind. So only Internet explorer allows online banking and access to government controlled sites.
