[SOLVED] Problem with lower panel

OK...so I removed my lower panel from the desktop and then add it again because I realized I had no way of clicking on whatever I had open if I had minimized it to the panel. So my question is had to I go about getting whatever programs I have open to appear in the lower panel again? Thanks in advance guys:)

Right click on your bottom / lower panel and select "Add To Panel"
From the list of Applets left click on "Window List"
Close "Add To Panel"
